高约：17.7cm；口径约：3.7cm；腹径约：6.2cm；足径约：4.4cm
品相：局部缩釉及窑封，彩料自然磨损，底部两处嵌皮
瓶式撇口，长颈稍直，溜肩鼓腹，收胫圈足。颈部对设双象耳，耳内挂饰活环一对，颈中凸环一周。象耳及活环皆用朱漆为底，上复涂金漆髹饰。瓶口用褐釉环锁，器腹绘画折枝栀子、月季、桃花及茶花。诸花用线挺劲硬朗，绘画流利纯熟，青花发色平稳，蓝而微灰。瓶身施釉细白光润，造型隽秀。
