高约：4.8cm；口径约：19.5cm；足径约：6.3cm
品相：局部缩釉及使用磨痕，口沿一处磕修
盘式敞口，折腰，圈足。口做六缺，并下压凹痕，呈六瓣花式。盘身满施白釉，釉色泛黄，呈牙色。盘内以单刀斜刻把莲纹，其莲花宽硕，间刻茨菰等。刻花用刀纯熟，花枝、花叶婉转流畅，优雅灵秀。
定窑为宋代名瓷，自宋元以来即为诸家所争藏。本品之六瓣折腰结合把莲纹为定窑最经典之作品，其自北宋末期创设，金代仍行。本品之胎制匀厚，修坯精正，刻花流利。北京故宫博物院及台北故宫皆收藏有同类作品。美国纽约大都会博物馆亦收藏有相似例子。
