嘉靖五彩盛极一时，色调绚烂陆离，以红浓绿艳取胜，拍品为个中玲珑佳品，较为罕见。
小杯形制秀巧规整，胎质坚缜，釉面莹润。内外口沿、底部以青花、红彩绘弦纹，杯心、外壁以五彩为饰，杯心绘寿桃一组，与外壁石榴、柿子组成三多纹，间饰朵花纹，主要以红、绿彩填色，色泽亮丽，对比鲜明，布局舒朗，画工生动，极富时代特色。
