Each chair with scrolled and carved crestrail continuing to conforming stiles centering an over-upholstered back panel joined to the trapezoidal shaped seat, over-upholstered with serpentine front, brass tacked throughout. Removed from the family home, Greenport L. I., N.Y. CONDITION: Frames retain original surface now age darkened with good patina. Structural weaknesses throughout. One chair with broken and repaired rear leg and proper left front leg at rail.
