有清一代，掐丝珐琅器物颇多，提梁壶品种却及为鲜见。
此壶制作精美，直口，上压弧盖，花卉纹圆钮，颈部饰连续回纹一周，弧腹下收，俊美周正，肩部提梁高高拱起，增加整体的挺拔之姿，并满錾缠枝花，鎏金靓丽，宫廷气息盎然，腹侧三弯流和谐得体，韧劲而有力。
通体以掐丝珐琅工艺装饰，双钩掐丝，天蓝绿釉为地，辅之以红、蓝、白、绿诸色饰绘纹饰，饰枝蔓缠绕的宝相花卉，纹饰设计饱满，布局繁而不乱，掐丝细致而工整，釉色含蓄稳重，填色融烧流畅饱满，打磨平顺。
圈足下承接玉环平盘式三足器座，与鎏金提梁、钮摘天地相映，华丽之气难掩。
