A 1930s silver four pieceposite tea service, A 1930s silver four pieceposite tea service,prising a hot water jug by Mappin & Webb, 18.5cm high, a teapot, 18cm high, and twin-handled sugar bowl, 14cm diameter, each by William Suckling Ltd, and a similar cream jug, 7cm, all decorated with reeded bands, together with a cased set of six teaspoons and sugar tongs, by Robert Pringle & Sons, London 1907 total 43.15ozt (11) Condition report: Tarnishing, marks and scratches throughout the tea service. The makers mark on the cream jug has rubbed. Residue polish marks around the handles of the teapot and hot water jug. Large scratch and wear to the case; the teaspoons and sugar tongs display minor tarnishing.
