说明：民国原装裱。
作者简介：蒲华（1832-1911），字作英，亦作竹英、竹云，浙江嘉兴人。号胥山野史、胥山外史等。晚清著名书画家，与虚谷、吴昌硕、任伯年合称“海派四杰”。 早年科举，仅得秀才，遂绝念仕途，潜心书画，携笔砚出游四方，后寓居上海，卖画为生。善花卉、山水，尤擅画竹，有“蒲竹”之誉。书法淳厚多姿；其画燥润兼施，苍劲妩媚，风韵清健。 1911年去世，好友吴昌硕为其料理后事。 传世作品有《倚篷人影出菰芦图》、《荷花图》、《竹菊石图》、《桐荫高士图》。
