Made of "Shoushan" stone (寿山石) carved in the shape of mythological animals and clouds. At the base it has a stamp. It features a custom fabric covered box. 和硕庆亲王宝 "Prince He Shuoqing". He Shuoqing was a hereditary prince of the dynasty Qing. In the 24th year of Guangxu (1898), he obtained hereditary replacement permission and was the 12th Iron Hat King in the Qing Dynasty.
