李文卓，中国玉石雕刻大师,注重传统文化、深耕玛瑙俏色玉雕,擅长因材施艺,使材质尽可能焕发具有想象力的美感,具有创意。作品多次获得“百花奖"“天工奖"等金银奖项。
这件作品的材质为战国红，战国红玛瑙以红黄缟为主，偶有黑缟，白缟等，以颜色艳丽，通透，三维动丝为上品。因战国红产量较少，大料较为难得，故制品最多的是珠子，吊坠，偶有把件，雕件等价值不菲。这件战国红玛瑙颜色为黄缟，颜色纯正艳丽，色相接近纯黄，料子方正饱满，大师设计，工艺双绝，独一无二，具有很高的收藏价值。
这件作品的雕刻题材为佛窟香插，自古以来文人墨客以焚香为雅事之首，四面窟内壁上各雕有一尊佛像，其姿态端庄，形态各异，洞外群山延绵，洞里禅境悠然，禅机无限。
