|笔筒料质，色绿，直身直壁，通体光素无饰，莹绿可人。平底，底中央琢刻“乾隆年制”方形双框楷书款。料器地生产在清代极为盛行，随着海关的打开，国内外技术有效的结合起来，所制器物光洁靓丽，色度相当纯正。四字款式之外围阴刻单方框；阴刻双方框；双方框之间作打磨处理成为宽边或不作边框。此件笔筒选料纯净，融烧规整，通体光素无饰，唯以色泽取胜。据故宫数据显示，乾隆时期官造玻璃器，凡底心刻款的不外乎四种形式。当为乾隆时期官作器无疑。
