作者简介：马湘兰（1548～1604），名守真，小字玄儿，号湘兰，又号月娇，有小印曰献庭。为金陵名妓，居秦淮胜处，与太原王樨登友善。以歌舞、诗、画擅名一时。兰仿赵孟坚，竹法管道异，满洒恬雅，别饶姿韵。亦工书，为画名所掩。有诗二卷，又作有传奇剧《三生记》，也名《三生传玉簪记》。
