提要： 是碑立于开元十八年（730）九月，正书，二十八行，行五十六字。碑文叙述自晋以来麓山寺的沿革以及历史传教情况。
是册剪裱装，墨笔绫签，末页题跋：“此碑
久经磨灭，世传翻本无足观者，今获是卷，原刻无疑。因付装潢，并记岁月云，时同治七年（1868）戊辰立秋日，昚因子书。”诸家旧藏，红印斑斓。
