提要： 《八关斋会报德像记》石幢刻立于唐大历七年，颜真卿书丹。八关斋为佛教用语，即佛教徒在家一昼夜中所受的八种斋戒法，此记记载了唐宋州官吏举办八关斋会，为安史之乱中两次解宋州之围的田神功祈福的活动，以报答他的恩德。
此碑乾隆拓本，第一面第二行“鲁郡开国公颜真卿撰并书”之“国公颜”三字皆存，“书”字完好。崔倬跋小字“瞻仰鲁公”等字可见。
