李鳝(1682-1756)，字宗扬，号复堂，别号懊道人、墨磨人。扬州八怪之一。江苏省扬州府兴化县(今兴化市)人。工诗文书画。曾随蒋廷锡、高其佩学画。后又受石涛影响，擅花卉、竹石、松柏。早年画风工细严谨，颇有法度。中年始转入粗笔写意，大胆泼辣，挥洒自如，感情充沛，富有气势。书法古朴，具颜、柳。
