拍品盘口，秀丽俊美。通体施仿定白釉，浆胎轻盈细白，白釉宝光内敛，釉面开片自然。瓶外口沿暗刻回纹，颈部设莲瓣纹，腹部设云龙纹，身姿矫健，神态奕奕。
拍品为追慕宋定白釉所制。定窑是我国古代五大名窑之一，以烧制白瓷闻名，倍受乾隆皇帝喜爱，其所作咏赞定窑瓷器御制诗文多达三十余首。其中，《咏定窑小瓶》所述颇适用于本品：“穆若彬如火气消，玉螭芝草影飘萧。李公麟有胜人处，不以丹青以白描。”，可见此类仿定白釉皎洁细润，颇为巧妙。
