鄧石如（1743-1805），初名琰，字行，更字頑伯，號完白山人、笈遊道人等，懷寧（今安徽安慶）人。清代乾、嘉時期著名碑學大師。工書法、篆刻。書工各體，以篆、隸為最精，頗得古法，兼融各家之長，形成獨特風格。清李兆洛謂其書「真氣彌滿，楷則俱備，其手之所運，心之所追，絕去時俗，同符古初，津梁後生，一代宗仰。」對清代中、後期書壇有巨大影響。著有《完白山人篆刻偶存》等書。
