The fine vases in this pair feature light blue Sèvres style porcelain mounted with gilt bronze. Each vase is supported on a square base and waisted socle, both of porcelain. The tapering body of each vase culminates in a narrow neck and flared rim. The pale blue porcelain throughout is parcel gilt and jewelled on occasion, while the central band of the body of each vase is adorned with an epassing painted scene in the Rococo style, the scene portraying amoro couples in an idyllic landscape.50cm tall Provenance: Private Uk Collection
