款识：行到水穷处 坐看云起时 壬戌六月至 唐人句 拾孝文长女 海霞翁|钤印：何海霞（朱） |拍品054-055为同一上款人|备注：本拍品与拍号55为同一藏家委托 得自同一上款人|何海霞（1908-1998），名瀛，字海霞，以字行。北京人。早年从师张大千学画，1946年随张氏入川写生。1956年调入陕西美协从事专业创作，为“长安画派”代表画家之一。1983年任陕西省国画院副院长，不久调北京中国画研究院工作。擅长山水，亦能花卉。其创作往往将青绿工笔与水墨笔意融为一体，立意新奇，笔力雄健，风格浑厚而不失秀丽。
