signed CHENJINTINGBIAOGONGHUI,inscribed,and with two seals of the artist ink and color on silk, hanging scroll Jin Tingbiao was a Chinese painter who lived under the Qing dynasty.There's very little data on this artist.It's known for its artistic activity between the years 1720 and 1760 (approximately).Considered a versatile painter,he dealt with historical topics and was famous for his paintings of landscapes,birds and flowers.Together with Ding Guanpeng, Tang Dai,Shining Lang and Zhang Zongcang,he was part of the most prominent group of the "Academy of Court Painting".
