花浇即用于浇花的一种壶，造型仿西亚铜器，口沿一侧有短流，直颈，颈与肩以曲柄连接。颈肩处青花装饰花卉纹，器身绘人物故事图，与山石草木作伴，几位高士柳下交谈甚欢。该器形创始于明永乐，流行于明清两朝。这件花浇为崇祯青花典型器，青花发色明丽，略有晕散。
