款识：万木凌竞望欲迷，茅茨只在竹林西。江山如此真堪赏，不见高人出剡溪。征明。钤印：文徵明印（白） 征仲（朱） 征明（白） 玉兰堂印（朱）
作者简介：文徵明（1470～1559），初名壁，字征明，更字征仲，号衡山、停云，别号衡山居士，斋名停云馆，江苏苏州人。贡至京师，授翰林院待诏。文师吴宽。书学李应祯，擅行草与小楷，尤其小楷温纯精绝。绘画初师沈周，后致力于赵孟頫、王蒙、吴镇诸家，于山水、人物、花卉无所不精，是继沈周之后吴门画派的领袖。与沈周、唐寅、仇英合称“明四家”。
