此件观音面颐饱满丰润，面含微笑，仪态端庄，身披单衣，胸前系璎珞，衣纹刻画简练流畅，颇为写实。右手放于右膝，左肘置于左腿，坐于山石之上，神态自若，怡然自得。整体施青釉，通体施以淡青釉，质感透明厚腴，工艺古拙而不失意趣，穆穆之中愈见庄重神圣。来源：日本私人旧藏，附旧木盒包装。
