款识：“大明万历年制”六字双行楷书款
本品整体呈扁圆形，盒盖与盒身以子母口相合，圈足较高，盖及器身上下边缘均凸起一周，使整器造型于平缓中现变化。盒通体纹饰以青花绘制而成，其中盒盖顶部主体描绘云龙纹，纹饰布局饱满浓密，笔法大气流畅，不拘小节，所绘苍龙形体修长，牙尖爪利，时代特征极为明显。
