高38.7cm；直径23.3cm
瓶小口圆唇，短直颈，溜肩，束腹，近足处微外撇。通体施翠青釉，釉色青翠浓厚，苍翠欲滴，釉面莹润光亮，有玻璃质感。器身可见层层垂流的釉汁，如水中荡漾的碧波，加之晶莹的釉面，波光粼粼。肩以下至足处分布由大到小的开片，如冬日的冰裂。足无釉，显细腻灰白色的胎，胎釉的交接处可见火石红。梅瓶之得名，《饮流斋说瓷》认为“口径之小，仅与梅之瘦骨相称，故名梅瓶也”。其用途为酒器、花器，最早出现在唐朝。本品器型规整，外轮廓线柔和优美，釉色清脆润泽，气质高雅秀丽，为明初龙泉官窑青釉的珍品。
