洗敞口，唇口翻沿，浅弧壁，大圈足，器形相较于常见的莲瓣洗更为端庄温婉。通体施青釉，釉色青翠。内壁光素，外壁刻仰莲瓣一周，纹饰疏朗，风格雅丽。恰似观音《大正藏》经典说，莲花有四德，一香、二净、三柔软、四可爱。世间繁花或艷丽或香溢，莲花之高洁清净是其他植物所不具备，因此承担了深厚的佛教的象征使命。
