款识：“大清乾隆年制”六字三行篆书款
此式撇口观音瓶为雍干两朝特有的造型，存世不多，拍品与故宫博物院藏乾隆款祭蓝釉观音瓶、台北故宫博物院藏清乾隆仿汝釉观音瓶器形相同，均属于名贵的宫廷陈设用瓷，极为难得。拍品器形规整，线条优美，外壁施霁红釉，釉色纯正匀净，釉面布满细小橘皮纹棕眼，系刻意追仿永宣红釉特征。霁红釉是烧造工艺难度较大的高温颜色釉品种，盛行于清康熙、雍正、乾隆三朝。道光时龚洵在所编《景德镇陶歌》中称：“官古窑成重霁红，最难全美费良工。霜天晴昼精心合，一样抟烧百不同。”由此可知，烧造一件颜色均匀亮丽的霁红釉器，并非易事，故历来有“半由人力半由天”之说。拍品釉色鲜艳，为霁红釉中质量上佳者。来源：广州文物商店旧藏。
