玉佩白玉质，质地细润致密，扁平体，一面微隆，带红沁。玉佩双面满工，以极细的阴线雕刻双凤纹，双凤身体相连，面朝相反方向，圆眼勾喙，身形婉转，身体部位满刻鳞纹，身体边缘均以细密绞丝纹勾勒线条，整体效果繁缛华美，令人赞叹。玉佩自上而下贯穿圆孔，便于佩戴。玉佩一面带九个圆孔，其中仅四个贯穿至另一面，推断其余五个原镶嵌绿松石之类宝石，现已缺失。
