出版：《杨门藏玉：中国玉器——新石器时代至清代》，p82，第82号，芝加哥。
立体圆雕玉鹅，局部有红沁。玉鹅长颈弯曲，高额圆眼，长喙微张，毛羽采用长短阴线刻划的技法，精细整齐，姿态温顺安静。整体造型洗炼，神情闲适怡然，寥寥数刀刻出玉鹅游弋于碧水清波之上，予人清雅之气。古代文人对洁身自好、风度翩翩的鹅甚是喜爱，“羲之爱鹅”的典故更是家喻户晓。鹅寓意高洁，自古便是文人高士钟爱的艺术题材。此拍品具中古玉器特徵。来源： 罗伯特·P·杨门（ROBERT P. YOUNGMAN）旧藏。
