龙泉窑，宋元时期中国南方最大的民间窑厂，始烧于北宋前期，南宋至元为其鼎盛时期，南宋中期烧成了著名的粉青釉，器物胎色灰白，釉质滋润，元时在烧制大件器物上成就突出，近三尺的大盘、大瓶，烧成后不变形。至明代还尚有烧造。
