Two monumental riders on horseback South India, Tamil Nadu, last quarter of the 19th century, wood, carved, with remains of old paint and clay mixture. Mounted on a cart with 6 castors each, in two parts. Damage due to age, missing parts, cracks etc., but in good overall condition. Dimensions: Height approx. 290 cm each, length 190 cm, width 88.
