题识：辛酉七月，蠲戏老人。钤印：蠲戏斋、蠲戏老人、马一浮印 释文：追怀周毅修。毅修吾乡贤士，其先德有三大愿曰：愿天下无穷人，愿天下无恶人，愿天下无病人。君秉其遗教，致精于医，为人治疾，必尽其术，而不责报。晚岁居贫，虽衣褐不完，脱粟不继，未尝不欢。年七十六泊然顺化。予与君习，每钦其高行，因作是诗：谈笑依贫里，羁栖近化城。病多谙药性，岁久见交情。大愿关天下，长饥了一生。壶公今不遇，谁与起膏育。说明：周毅修，名智浚，山阴人，清末附贡生，民国绍兴县修志委员会主要成员。善医编有《邵兰荪医案》，喜藏书，有《绿杉野屋诗稿》。
