此观音呈古铜色，表面光滑亮泽。观音菩萨头绾高髻，发丝明显，刻纹精细；双耳下垂，面形长圆，饱满丰润，额头正中饰白亳，两眼微启，神情慈祥，流露出恬淡宁静与聪慧的神态，好似俯看尘世众生；身著长袍，胸口饰坠链，左右手互搭于右膝；赤足呈游戏坐姿；衣纹如行云流水，流畅自然，工艺精美，色泽沉稳。此件观音坐像做工规整，精致典雅，很好的诠释了石叟铜雕作品的风格，可窥知石叟之意趣、作品之风范，堪称铜器中的精品。
