此尊药师佛像结跏趺坐，螺发高髻，宝珠顶严，眉间白毫，垂睑下视，嘴角微扬，双耳侧立，面容庄严慈悲。身着左肩半披式田相格袈裟，显出如丝绸般细腻的质地。下乘圆型仰莲座，双层莲瓣错落排列，花瓣尖微微翘起，弧度柔美，仿若一触可被折落，令人心动，莲座上缘饰一圈连珠纹，珠粒颗颗分明，有如晶莹的水滴，可称精品。
