此尊铜释迦牟尼佛头顶螺发，高肉髻，髻顶饰宝珠；面相饱满方正，五官刻画清晰，棱角分明，双目微闭，大耳垂肩，温和端详。身披罗缎袈裟，不结外物，超逸出尘。佛像双手法印，全跏跌坐于莲花宝座之上，莲座宽大稳固，莲瓣对称，纹饰凹凸有致。整尊造像端庄大气，铜质坚实莹润，无论是开脸、螺发、衣饰和手印、台座均体现出高超的艺术感染力，不失为一件极具特色的铜造像之佳作。
