释迦摩尼随身佛以优质和田玉整料制成。采用圆雕及浅浮雕等多种雕刻手法，雕琢随身佛，玲珑小巧，琢工巧妙。佛祖双目微闭，寂静含笑，以佛祖慧眼凝视着有情众生，透露着慈悲之态。随身佛即“佛教信仰者随身佩戴或秘藏怀中的小型佛像”，以便信徒随时参拜。佛教造像的形态万千，大可齐楼，小至盈寸。大像威仪庄严，为世人瞻仰；小像随身所藏，为信众所重，藏之为宝，供之为珍。本品形制虽小，但选材上乘，工艺考究，不为多见，既是收藏上品，又宜供奉，极为珍贵。
