English chest of drawers from the 18th century, specifically belonging to the time of George III. Made up of straight and refined lines, the piece is composed of four "bracket" type legs. On them rise four superimposed drawers that decrease in width as their height increases with respect to the floor. All of them have two handles that are located flanking the central lock, arranged in each drawer. King of Great Britain and King of Ireland from 1760 to 1820 (since 1801, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland), George III was the third monarch of the Hanover dynasty. His reign, one of the longest in British history, was punctuated by continuous international conflicts and marked by the mental disorders suffered by the monarch himself.
