四臂观音为藏传佛教守护神，四臂分别表示四大法门「息（息法）、增（增法）、怀（怀法）、诛（诛法）」。
此造像头顶束葫芦型高发髻，额际佩戴三叶宝冠，主臂双手合十于胸前，副双臂结手印，双目低垂，表情庄严慈悲，镶绿松石与玛瑙的璎珞饰于胸前，结跏趺坐，莲花座饱满，上缀饰一圈连珠纹饰。造像金水饱满浓厚，皮壳包浆温润。
