|玉质青黄，局部褐色斑沁。体扁平，略呈长方形。整体镂雕作左右对称式相背双鸟造型。左右两端为鸟首，尖喙，头顶有冠羽，颌下有短毛或肉垂。鸟身呈盘卷状，随形磨出沟槽，中间镂空卷云形孔。双鸟之间作凸棱，上部中间穿一孔，边缘七组脊齿纹。器体周缘镂空，并两面对磨成钝刃状。工艺古朴，风格粗犷，给人以神秘之感。
