款识：日新仁兄属。邵章。 钤印：邵章察书（白） 蓬山旧史（朱） 识文： 藏精于晦则明，养神以静则安。晦所以畜用，静所以应动，善畜者不竭，善应者无穷。此君子修身治人之术也 。作者简介： 邵章（1872～1953），字伯炯、伯褧，号倬庵，浙江杭州人。光绪二十九年（1903）进士，授编修。后毕业于日本法政大学速成科，历任浙江两级师范学堂、湖北法政学堂监督、北京法政专校校长，入民国后任平政院院长等。工诗文，擅书法。
