题跋： 心智师兄见示善子老师双虎图未竟手稿。己巳（1989年）五月赴美前二日，伏文彦拜观并识。 钤印：伏文彦（朱） 伏文彦题跋 。作者简介： 张善孖（1882～1940），名泽，字善孖，一作善子，号虎痴，四川内江人。张大千二兄。曾任上海美专教授。善画山水、花卉、走兽，尤精画虎。跋者简介： 伏文彦（1920～ ），字子美，斋名风云楼，河北任邱人。1938年入上海新华艺专，为校长汪亚尘入室弟子。1946年师事张大千。擅山水，青绿、水墨俱佳；亦写兰竹。1949年后，相继执教于新华艺专、中国艺术大学、华东师范大学等。现为上海美协会员、书协会员、文史馆员。
