款识： 楚生。 钤印： 来楚生印（白） 初升年七十后作（朱）签条： 来楚生小园一角。玄竹大涌题。钤印：大涌（朱） 郭大涌题签 。作者简介： 来楚生（1903～1975），原名稷勋，字凫，后字楚生，以字行，号然犀、楚凫、负翁、安处先生，晚更号初生，初升，浙江萧山人。1921年入上海美专，与潘天寿情在师友间。1924年在杭州组织“莼社”。后移居上海，课徒鬻艺。曾为西泠印社社员、上海中国画院画师、上海市文史馆馆员等。题签者简介： 郭大涌（1946～ ），原名郭潮，广东潮阳人。徐子鹤弟子，继拜申石伽门下，工竹石、山水，颇具新意。
