款识：1.（前缺对联文字）尚书旅獒太甲集句。笃士郭敦。 钤印：敦（朱） 草草庐未定稿（白）2.华夏庄严。郭笃士习作。钤印：笃（白） 刘海粟旧藏 。作者简介：郭笃士（1906～1990），名敦、字介子、笔名守正，号个翁，自号草草庐主，晚号寒个，法号自觉，广东揭阳人。诗人、书画家。毕业于中山大学，为吴梅、顾颉刚、郭绍虞、陈式湘之得意学生，诗书画俱精，被誉为岭东三绝。历任中国古代文学理论研究会会员，汕头美术家协会会员。曾受聘于省立金山中学及韩山师范任教，著名学者饶宗颐、名教授薛汕及名作家碧野均为其当时学生。作品有《郭笃士书画合册》、《草草庐诗集》等。
