识文：1. 侄泳顿首，谨上四叔大人左右，月前钧从来苏，未及攀留数日作天平石湖之游，至今犹歉然也……专泐请安，伏惟万福，不具。侄泳顿首上。2. 侄泳顿首，敬请四叔大人近安，前者接读谕函，领悉一切。侄近以粮储道斌笠耕观察见托，笔墨诸事自三月初起至今未了……荫轩茂溪两弟前俱问候，不另。四月十二日谨冲。 作者简介： 钱泳（1759～1844），原名鹤，字立群，号梅溪、台仙，室名履园，江苏金匮（今无锡）人。尝客毕沅幕，为嘉道间著名学者。精研金石碑版，工八法，尤长隶古，兼及书画。著述颇丰。
