款識：甲申弘陽家藏;此爐侈口，短束頸，扁圓垂腹，平底，矮圈足外撇。腹部兩側腹對稱的象首形耳，象鼻圓滑修長，向下捲曲，雙目微睜，象牙前凸，鋒利堅實，雙耳如蒲葉，略有捲曲，浮雕精細，比例得當，簡約傳神，栩栩如生。該器造型勻稱典雅，端莊穩重，通體蟹青皮色，包漿自然，通體光亮，光蘊於底，柔滑瑩潤，撫之綿細。器壁金斑遍佈，如雪花飄落，自然灑脫，給人—種妙趣天成不同凡響的感覺，更為此爐增色添彩。
