signed PANJINGSHU,inscribed,and with one seal of the artist dated Yiwei year（1955） ink and color on silk, hanging scroll Pan Jingshu was the wife of the noted Suzhou painter Wu Hufan (1894-1968)，is well known for her artwork and poetic literature.Pan descended from a wealthy family of scholars and officials,and was educated at home in the classics and the arts of poetry,calligraphy and painting.
