此赏瓶形制粗浑，撇口，束颈，溜肩，长弧腹下敛收，底承圈足，体线流畅。口沿内及足底鎏金，外壁以掐丝珐琅工艺装饰，洞石掩映处，老梅一株蜿蜒而上，分出枝杈，枝干遒劲有力，枝桠交错，花枝招展，花团锦簇，所饰梅花清雅至极，可谓“清风自有神仙骨，冷艳偏宜到玉堂。概因风递幽香出，故有禽窥素艳来。” 梅枝间十只喜鹊姿态各异，探头翘首，极富灵动之姿。古人以为鹊能报喜，梅与眉同音，故有“梅雀报喜”之意，借喜鹊登在梅花枝头，寓意“喜上眉梢”。
