GILT COPPER STATUE OF BUDDHA W.20cm H.50cm Description: This gilt copper statue of Buddha ,made of fine bronze, with a gilt and brilliant exterior, and natural and beautiful patina.The statue is slender, with broad shoulders and a thin waist, with a high bun, a crown,a round face, eyes slightly closed, and a slight smile.The body is well-proportioned, dressed in celestial garments, decorated with necklace and beads, with the hem of the garment hanging down naturally. The hands are knotted with Dharma seals, sitting cross-legged. The whole vessel is exquisitely crafted, showing the beauty of dignity and wealth. It conforms to the characteristics of the Liao and Jin Dynasties.
