GLOBULAR VASE W.21cm H.34cm Description: This is a glubular vase in contrasting color , made during the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty. It has a straight mouth and neck, a round abdomen, and a flat bottom. The neck and belly are painted with scorched leaves, the mouth edge is painted with fretwork,and the abdomen is decorated with interlocking floral patterns. The overall shape is noble, elegant and solemn. The Doucai ware of during Qianlong reign is characterized by exquisite manufacturing technology, fresh colors and more patterned patterns. The overglaze and underglaze colors have been integrated, which are bright in elegance and meaningful in fineness. Such large pots, regardless of the ground color , are rare in the world. In addition, they are difficult to burn, so they are very rare.
