瓶口若蒜头，长颈，溜肩，垂圆腹，圈足，通体施天蓝釉，足内书大清乾隆年制款。秀美端庄，本品最称俊雅秀逸。其线条柔美起伏，尽见迤逦之姿，所施天蓝一色，匀净莹亮，静穆古雅，胎骨细薄坚致，丽质怡人，远视之，宛若佳人玉立，风韵无限。天蓝釉则为康熙年间景德镇御窑厂创新釉色，其釉色淡雅悦目，似天青之蓝，可与同一时期创烧的豇豆红釉媲美，将其施于蒜头瓶上自是釉纯器美，相得益彰。再配以绝妙品相，令人心生怜爱，何忍释之。与本品相同天蓝釉蒜头瓶传世仅见，目前藏于台北故宫及香港暂得楼各为一件炉钧釉之品。北京故宫博物院亦有一只青金蓝蒜头瓶。此三者均为暗刻款，本品为青花大清乾隆年制款识。参阅：《清代单色釉瓷器》国立故宫博物院 1984年 P41
