款识：癸酉十二月二十三日，仿冬心先生笔，写祝寒枫老兄同庚三十五岁生日。大千弟张爰。||钤印：大千居士、大砚斋||题签：无量寿佛。张大千赠，时癸酉醉司命日。|说明：上款人寒枫即刘寒枫，乃民国时期沪上金融巨头，酷爱收藏，与张大千、齐白石、吴湖帆、于右任等过从甚密，民国时期曾在上海、苏州举办个人收藏展。
